Krew Technologies, Inc. Terms of Use
Overview and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the products and services provided by Krew Technologies, Inc. (“Krew,” “we,” or “our”), including our AI agents and integrations with third‑party production tools (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Krew Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Definitions
- Customer or you means the person or entity using the Service.
- Customer Content means content, data, messages, files, prompts, contacts, and other information supplied to or generated within your account.
- Integrations means connections you enable between the Service and third‑party tools.
- User means an individual with authorized access to the Service under your account.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, for safeguarding credentials, and for ensuring your Users comply with these Terms. Notify Krew promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, Krew grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Circumvent technical limitations or security controls
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
- Interfere with others’ use of the Service or the network
- Misrepresent identity or affiliation
- Use the Service for high‑risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage
Prohibited data
Unless Krew has agreed in writing, you will not submit the following to the Service:
- Protected Health Information subject to HIPAA
- Payment card primary account numbers or full magnetic stripe data
- Government‑issued identifiers beyond what is explicitly requested for account verification
- Highly sensitive personal data not necessary for the Service
Customer Content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant Krew a non‑exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and maintain the Service, to prevent or address service or technical issues, to comply with law, and as otherwise permitted in these Terms. Krew may also use de‑identified or aggregated data derived from Customer Content for product improvement, benchmarking, and other legitimate business purposes, provided such data cannot reasonably be used to identify Customer, any production, or any individual.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to submit Customer Content and to message recipients through the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Content and for configuring Integrations in a compliant way.
Krew does not use Customer Personal Data or Confidential Production Data to train AI models, except as permitted by your customer agreement.
Messaging program terms (SMS/MMS/Voice)
If you use messaging features:
- Consent and opt‑in: You will obtain and maintain appropriate prior consent from recipients as required by law and carrier rules.
- STOP/HELP: You will support reply STOP to end and HELP for help. Krew will honor such requests and will pass required information to you.
- Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies by workflow and configuration. Message and data rates may apply.
- Non‑sharing: Krew does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Content restrictions: You will not send content or campaigns prohibited by law or industry standards and you will comply with applicable rules regarding identification of sender, opt‑in capture, and content.
You are responsible for your messaging campaigns, opt‑in records, and compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
